The TR-3 Black Manta is a speculative, top-secret, black project aircraft that is said to have been developed by the United States Air Force (USAF):
Description
A triangular, stealthy aircraft with angular facets that was reportedly used to designate targets for laser-guided bombs during the Gulf War.
Development
Some speculate that the TR-3 Black Manta was developed from the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk and Lockheed Have Blue. Others claim that the TR-3B was powered by an anti-gravity drive that was recovered from a crashed alien spacecraft.
Evidence
There is little evidence to support the existence of the TR-3 Black Manta. However, some say that the multiple black triangle UFO reports associated with the Black Manta could be a technology demonstrator for a new-generation tactical reconnaissance aircraft.
Manufacturer
The Northrop Corporation is said to have manufactured the TR-3 Black Manta.
Size
Aviation Week and Popular Mechanics reported that the TR-3A and TR-3B were about 42 feet long, 14 feet tall, and had a wingspan of 60 to 65 feet. However, other sources say that the TR-3B was significantly larger, with a wingspan of 600 to 800 feet.
It sounds very probable to me that TR-3 Manta maybe a Prototype that was experimentally developed after the Cold War for undetectable surveillance.(stealth capabilities )Triangular shape: The TR-3 Manta is described as having a triangular or delta-wing design. Lots of rumors also, suggest it uses exotic propulsion.
The USAF is in not going to acknowledge if this is true or false due to being an experimental technology.
